The green onions in the green Ramen are seasoned with sesame oil, and the sauce is salty and spicy with a light soy sauce flavor, and goes perfectly with the rich soup made with pork back fat. |
・ ・ #NumataCity Ramen #LeekandCharSiuMenMediumServing ・ After skiing all morning, I washed off the sweat in the hot springs and sauna at the golf course, and didn't eat anything until after 3pm. This is because I needed to get myself in shape to eat at Marukoya, a ramen restaurant inspired by ramen. ・ I ordered the title menu without doing much research, thinking that in good shape I could eat a medium serving and plenty of char siu. ・ I was amazed by the impact of the bowl that was served a while later! It was preparation time, so the freshly made thick-cut, jiggly char siu and special scallions completely obscured the noodles that would have been in the large bowl!・ The soup is piping hot, and despite the appearance of the back fat typical of ramen shops, it is easy to drink. ・ The pork slices are juicy and delicious. You will want rice after a while. ・ The noodles I found are medium-thin with less curl, and of course they go well with the green onions. No matter how much I dig in, the noodles keep coming out, and the overall balance is good, so I can eat them without any trouble. ・ If you want to eat just the right amount, Ramen recommend the regular portion. There is a drinking district nearby, and the unexplored Numata at night looks fun.
