This time we took a little detour on the way back, from Kusatsu to Nakanojo, and from Takayama to Numata. How many years has it been since I have been to Numata? I went to a restaurant I wanted to visit in Numata. Marukoya. This Marukoya is a restaurant where you can eat Ramen of Rasho. I arrived at the restaurant a little before the opening time. I waited in the parking lot for a while and waited for the restaurant to open. Now it was time for the restaurant to open. The store opened right on time. After the opening time, customers started arriving one after another. By the time we finished eating and left, the restaurant was almost full. It seems to be very popular in this area. There is a ticket machine on the left side of the entrance. After purchasing a meal ticket, I took a seat at the counter. Perhaps because I was seated at the end of the counter, the waiter did not come to get my meal ticket. I wonder if he couldn't see me because of my lack of presence (^^). Water seems to be self-serve. (frustrating) It came after a little more than 10 minutes. Negi (green onion) Ramen" 750 yen, "Nori (seaweed) extra" 100 yen. Negi Ramen Ramen is store's Negi Ramen ^_^ I felt the soup was a little thin. Adjusted the taste with Rajan and garlic on the way. The noodles are probably a little thinner than the rahsho's we have at home. Well, this is delicious. On top of the noodle, there is a green onion mixed with sauce. I had it with nori masu, so there are nori flowers in the bowl. It was delicious Ramen. I would like to try Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) next time I go there. Thank you very much for the food.
