お昼に狙っているお店のオープンまで石段街で時間を潰していたのですが、
急にみぞれが降ってきたのでこちらへお邪魔する事にしたのであります。
千明仁泉館という石段の登り口にある旅館の一角に御座います。
10:40訪店。
お好きな席へどうぞ、と仰っていただけたので中程のテーブル席に座り、
「アイスコーヒー（550円）」を
「ケーキセット（440円）」で、
「ほろ苦プリン」をチョイス。
ええ感じにオサレな洋楽流れる店内は、落ち着いた灯りに照らされています。
客はまばら。
こちらの主である千明仁泉亭さん、
実は創業文亀２年（１５０２）という超&超老舗。
千明氏は遅くとも天文年間（1532〜1555）には伊香保温泉を支配していたと伝わっています。
そして武田勝頼が長篠の戦いの後、負傷した兵達を癒すためにこの伊香保の石段街を整備したのだとか。
6分で竣工。

うん、心地良い酸味、
スッキリした飲み口。
プリンは硬めの食感がむしろいい。
カラメルのほろ苦甘旨さがたまらぬなぁ\(//∇//)\
外の景色を楽しみつつオム処の営業時間まで時間を過ごして、
外へ出ると、みぞれは止んでいました。
