渋川駅から延びる市役所通りを少し行った北群馬信用金庫本店近くにある手しごと酒家「鶴」
格子状の引き戸を開けると風情ある中庭があり、そちらを眺めながら店内入口へと入っていきます。
履物は下駄箱へ入れ、下駄箱のカギはお店の方が預ってくれます。紛失防止でしょう、助かります。
古民家風のお洒落な店内で、天井は吹き抜けで燻された様な色合いの梁が見える開放感ある造りです。
ただの枝豆では無く焼き枝豆。茹でたものよりも甘みと豆の香りが強くて非常に美味しかったです。
スペアリブは、箸で切れるほどの柔らかさで、湯剥きされた酢漬けのプチトマトが添えられており良い口直しです。
お豆腐は、お店の方で作られており、大豆の香りと味がしっかりとしています。口当たりも滑らかで美味しいです。
比較的濃いめの味付けですが、お酒の肴として考えれば丁度良いものです。
一見強面な店主ですが、丁寧で元気な応対でとても人の良い方でした。色々とお店やお料理への思いやこだわりをもたれているようでお料理からも店内空間からも伝わってきます。
風情ある空間と美味しいお料理を居酒屋の様な手頃な価格で楽しめる貴重なお店です。
