2017年4月より、定休日の変更 |
木曜日の昼時11時15分に単身伺いました。
開店時間は11時半のはずですが、すでに暖簾が出ていて営業中の表示が。
引き戸を開けると、すでに４人の先客がいます。
４人掛けのテーブル席が２つに小上がりのお座敷にテーブルが５つありますが、単身客が多いこともあって、まもなく後客さん２組がやって来て、11時半には満席に。
ただ、かつ丼を頼むお客さんが多く回転もいいので、満席でも店内の順番待ちの長いすに腰かけて少し待っていれば座れる感じです。
注文は「下仁田かつ丼 (850円・税込)」です。
15分弱で出来上がります。
女将さんがテーブル番号を呼びながら小上がりの手前まで料理を運んできて、お客がそれを受け取りに行きます。
当然、お冷もセルフだし、食べ終わったら卓上のふきんでテーブルを拭いて、厨房前のワゴンまで片付けるのがお店のルーティンです。
かつ丼は２枚のソースカツが乗っています。ソースカツと言っても甘じょっぱいタレに浸した濃い味のものではなくて、控えめな味付けです。
ご飯の盛りも普通以上なので、人によっては多少ご飯が余りがちになるかもしれません。
お肉はあまり厚くないこともあり、柔らかくて食べやすいです。
下仁田の地で、絶メシ系のお店で名物を食べる、といったシチュエーションがより美味しく感じさせるっていうのはあると思います。
