店主ワンオペにも関わらず、注文してから餃子を包み出した。
調理だけでなく、食器の片付け、皿洗い、精算、電話対応などフル稼働。これはすごい。

孤独のグルメが放送されたのはまだコロナ禍前だったと思うが、
隣のコロムビア含めて未だに聖地巡礼するファンが絶えないようだ。
