孤独のグルメ（2018）で放送されたこちらのお店。夫念願のタンメンを食べに行きました。GWの5/4 12:30ぐらいに到着。はい。出遅れてます。すでに長い列ができてました。お店の引き戸には「5/6以降はしばらく休業」の張り紙。調べてみたら製麺所が廃業してしまうため自家製麺を作る修行に出るとのこと。1時間ぐらいして入店。カウンター席のみ。完全にワンオペ。孤独のグルメで戸塚純貴さんが演じてたと思われる男性がお一人で切り盛りしてました。餃子を皮から包んで焼いてる間にキャベツともやしを中華鍋に投入。麺を茹でて食器を洗う。と、厨房の中をくるくる回るようにして調理。一瞬の隙もない感じでした。餃子は大きめだけどサクサク食べられました。タンメンは麺がとても個性的！太めで全粒粉？茶色でした。スープもどんどん飲んじゃう。いかんいかん。復活されることを切に願います。
