富岡製糸場から車で数分な場所にあり駐車場もあるので工場を見学した後に立ち寄るお客さんも少なくないみたいです。
富岡でも人気のお店で和菓子屋さんな造りのお店に入るとショーケースがありその中にあんとタレの団子が入っています。
２種類の団子のみの販売です。
あんはパックに入って大と中のサイズ、タレは串に刺さり１本￥６３で販売されています。
あんは苦手なのでタレのみ購入してみました。
焼きたてみたいでほんのり暖かさが残っています。
表面に焦げ目がついて小さめな粒の団子が１串に４個刺さってます。
出来立て、焼きたてなのか団子はとても柔らかく、適度な粘りがあり焦げの香ばしさと甘さと醤油の塩分控えめなタレが絶妙でとても優しい感じの美味しいお団子でした。
１日経ってしまうと固くなってしまうのでその日の内に食べるの良いですね。
