イタリア陶芸家と晩餐会を楽しみました。
ラ セッテさんで、私の友人主催の「イタリア芸術フェスタ」が開催されました。
南イタリア陶芸ブランド「Ｓａｆｉｎａ（サフィナ）」の陶芸職人
シモーネ氏をイタリアから招き、広島の観光情報誌「Ｂｕｓｐｏｒｔ
（バスポート）」瀬川社長さんと北村英紀オーナーシェフのコラボです。
「Ｂｕｓｐｏｒｔ（バスポート）」は、バス旅行をサポートする月刊情報誌。
高速バスの座席や、バスセンターなどで無料配布されています。
大きさがＡ５サイズで、旬の観光スポット満載なので、是非ご覧くださいませ。
昨日に引き続き、今日はシモーネ氏の故郷＆活動拠点、南イタリア・モリーゼ州の文化や活動風景などをご紹介頂き、陶芸のデモンストレーション＆展示即売会が開催され、北村シェフのイタリア料理を堪能しました。
晩餐会の出席者は３０人ほど。
とても賑やかでした。
翻訳機「Ｐトーク」を昨日に続き使用しましたが、店内の雑音で翻訳不可能でした。
やむを得ず、英語で会話をしましたが、私の和製英語で店内は爆笑。
私は料理を堪能するどころでは無かったです（笑）
娘は料理も美味しくて、楽しかったと、言っておりました。
次回はくつろいで楽しみたいです。

（バスポート）」瀬川社長さんと北村英紀オーナーシェフのコラボです。
今日はイタリア文化を学ぶ陶芸教室に母が参加し、シェフのドルチェを
頂きました。
陶芸教室では、母が作った粘土の皿をシモーネ氏がイタリアへ持ち帰り、
焼いて着色をして、６か月後に完成予定です。
ドルチェは母も美味しいと喜んでいました。
明日は娘を連れて再訪予定です。
