バナナマンのせっかくグルメで放送していたので訪問しました。
平日の夕方に訪問したけど、ほとんどが予約で満席状態。
1人だったので滑り込めました。
注文したのはホルモンと野菜の天ぷらがセットになった
・ホルモンセット（松）１０００円
白肉（ミノ）、センマイ、ハチノス等のホルモンが５種類、野菜2種類
定食が無いようなので
・ライス（中）１５０円
あと気になったメニューは広島県民熱愛のコーネ。それの刺身は珍しいですね。
ホルモン鍋のでんがく鍋やホルモンが入ったうどんのでんがくうどんなんかもあります。
さてさて、初めにホルモンをカットするためのまな板と包丁が出されます。
ホルモンの天ぷらが届くと、包丁で好きな大きさにカットして食べるのがスタンダードのようです。
部位は選べないのですが、小さくて美味しい部位は少なく、シマチョウなんかが入ってれば
コクが合って美味しかったのになー。
酢醤油っぽいタレをつけて食べるけど、油があまり切れてないので、後から胃がもたれました。
わざわざレンタカーで行ったけど少し残念でした。
