I visited for dinner. ◽Raw omasum sashimi (715 yen) You can choose between ponzu and miso, and I chose miso. The miso sauce really brings out the flavor. ◽Hormone set (Matsu/1320 yen) {5 kinds of horumon/2 kinds of vegetables} Crispy. It has the unique taste of horumon, but it's not unpleasant.
