たまには変わったお好み焼きが食べたいなって思ってこちらに訪問です。
ギリシャ焼っていうお好み焼きがあります(*'▽')
それが何なのか実は詳しくは知らなかったのですが
メニューを見るとザジキソースというものがかかったお好み焼きのようです。
ヨーグルトがベースになったソースみたいです。
お店には鉄板前と、テーブル席がありました
他のお客さんを見るとテーブル席で鉄板皿で召し上がっている。
鉄板皿なら私もテーブルでゆっくりしようかなって、テーブルに着席。
お店のお兄さんの対応は良かったです(*'ω'*)
ギリシャ焼をうどんでオーダー

出来上がったお好み焼きは、普通の肉玉うどんにザジキソースがかかったものでした。
まずはソースを少しだけ…とって…ぱくっ
ほんとだ！これヨーグルトだ
にんにくの香もします。ヨーグルトとにんにくって、珍しいな～
うどんは冷凍麺を茹でたやつみたいな感じでした
もちもちとコシがあります。
ザジキソースって不思議なもので、お好み焼きがかなりあっさり味わえます。
元々のお好み焼きが結構味の濃いやつなんですが、それをなしにしてる
すごい。
こういうのも楽しいな～('ω')
ヨーグルトやあっさりしたお好み焼きが好みの方は大好きだと思います
