お洒落な感じの「POLI KALA」でお好み焼きを食べようと嫁と一緒に行ってみた。
平日の１９時頃に行ったのですが、先客はゼロでした。
たぶん、広島でコロナ感染者が増えていることが影響しているのかな？
メニューを見ると、他店とは違うこの店でしか食べることができないお好み焼きがあった。
食べてみたい気持ちもあったけど、自分の口に合わなかったら困るので通常のお好み焼きから選ぶことにした。
ダブルチーズのうどんに麺増量としそトッピングで注文、嫁はしそ明太マヨのそばを注文。
できあがりまで１０分でした。
自分のは麺を増量しているんだけど、嫁のしそ明太マヨもボリュームがあるように見える。
鉄の皿に乗っているので、ヘラ派でも箸派のどちらでも大丈夫です。
ダブルチーズのうどんはチーズがたっぷりで、アッサリとした味のチーズでのびる、食べるとチーズの糸が垂れるくらい。
ソースは薄めで、キャベツはしっとりしている、味付けが薄めなので魚粉の味がよくわかります。
うどんはモチモチとして柔らかく食べやすい。
全体的にアッサリとしたダブルチーズのうどんでした、アッサリが好きな人にオススメ。
卓上にはマヨネーズとソースなどが置かれていたので、こってりが好きな人にも対応しているようです。
しそ明太マヨは明太マヨネーズがかかっているので味がシッカリとしている。
そばはしっとりとした食感で自分の好みのタイプでした。
久しぶりにお好み焼きで腹が満たされました。
