Is it rare in Hiroshima? This place serves Greek Cuisine. I read a post from a follower and found out that the food I wanted to try was being served for lunch, so I went there right away. I used to go to a teppanyaki restaurant where they served Okonomiyaki with a Greek sauce called tzatziki, but I found out that this sauce contained cucumber, which I don't like, so I decided not to try it. However, it seems like they stopped Okonomiyaki and changed to a Greek Cuisine restaurant a while ago. As you can see in the photo, a foreign chef can already be seen behind the glass at the entrance. I felt a little nervous lol I visited around 1:30pm. I had already decided what dishes to order, so I took a photo of the menu first, but the main course was probably the pasta in the set. The menu was collected after ordering, so I didn't take a photo of it lol.The menu item I ordered was ``Chicken Yubechi'' for 1,650 yen. Yubechi is originally the name of the container, but it seems to be made by boiling chunks of meat with tomatoes and adding rice grain-shaped pasta, and this time the chunks of meat seem to be chicken. Arrived in less than 15 minutes. The base is tomato sauce, but combined with the scent of spices such as cinnamon, it gives a unique impression. So, I'm curious about rice grain-shaped pasta. The risotto tastes so good that you forget it's pasta lol. When you eat it, it has a strange texture that feels smoother than rice. I thought I would need a knife since the chicken was a large piece of meat, but surprisingly it was so tender that I could cut it with a spoon as long as I was careful about the sound of it coming into contact with the plate. It's my first time trying a dish like this, so it's worth it just for that. However, the salty taste is quite strong lol. Since it is only available as a single item, I can't eat it with salad etc., and I think it's a waste that the salt overwhelms the sauce. I'd like to try other lunch menus, but then I might ask for less salt.
