鶏そぼろご飯（150円）
2022年3月にオープンしたこちらのお店にランチで訪問。木目調の店内はテーブル席のみで綺麗で新しい匂いがする。店横には製麺室もある。家族で営業されているようで、おぼつかないオペレーションや会話のやり取りが逆にほっこりする。
入り口近くのテーブル席に着席。メニューを確認してもりをオーダー。合わせてだし巻きと、店員さんからおすすめいただいた鶏そぼろご飯もお願いする。
蕎麦は色白で香りが控えめながら、つるつるとして喉越しが良いタイプ。歯切れも良くカエシの効いたつゆとの合わせも良く旨い。
続いてだし巻き。出汁がふわっと香り旨味が広がる一方で、玉子に柔らかさはなくしっかり焼かれたハード系の食感。だし巻きというよりは通常の玉子焼きに出汁をかけただし浸し玉子といった感じ。出汁の旨味が効いているためこれはこれで旨い。
そして鶏そぼろご飯は、そぼろがペーストのように細やかなためクリーミーな食感だが、カリカリに揚げて刻んだ鶏皮のアクセントが良く、味わいに奥行きも加わって旨い。大葉の清涼感もいい感じ。
蕎麦、玉子、ご飯の三様を順々に味わいながら完食し最後はそば湯を堪能。
