「Basic」というコース料理を注文しました。
夏の旬の魚である瀬戸内海産のスズキや新鮮な夏野菜がふんだんに使われています。メンディッシュは国産牛のフィレ肉です。ジューシーでやわらかく非常に美味しかったです。
窓から眺める瀬戸内海の景色も最高に素晴らしかったです。
