中華料理と中国料理の違いって何だろう？
以前、ラジオで聞いたことがある。
結論は、違いの定義はハッキリしないらしい。
ただ、中華料理は大衆向け、中国料理は高級色があるらしい。
オーナーの気持ちでどちらにでもできるらしい。
そんなうんちくを知った上で、以前から気になっていたのが、
この中国料理老四川。
きっと、美味しいのだろうという期待を持って訪問。
店員同士の会話は中国語。さらに期待が増す。
今回いただいたのは、ランチメニュー。
麺の選択は、①ラーメン、②酢辛麺、③坦々麺、からできる。
今回選択は、③の坦々麺。
ランチは、選択した麺＋半チャーハン＋スープで選択。
これは美味しかった。
海外生活時代に食べた中華料理の味に近い。
サービスは期待しない方がいい。
日本人ならではのサービスに慣れた人からすると不満。
でも、味は良かった。
