西区三篠町にある餃子センターさんへ行ってきました。
カウンター５席ほどにテーブル席３卓とあったが、
先客もおらずテーブルへどうぞ、と着席。
お得な定食は１２時からのようで頼めないのか～。
気になった”オムチャーハン”（750円）にしました。
２～３分ほどして「すみませんね」とあれ、もう出来たのか？
と思ったらブラックコーヒーが来ました。
食前コーヒーなんて予想外ですね（笑） 飲みながら待ちます。
もう７分ほどで料理到着、少し遅れてスープも来ました。
チャーハンは長めに炒めていたのでしっとり蒸らしたような仕上がり。
野菜といった具材は少なく、ご飯と玉子で殆ど占めていますね。外も中も玉子三昧です
オムチャーハンはオーロラソースが掛かってるんですね。これまた予想外
個人的にはケチャップだけの方が合うかなぁと思いました。
