中国の鍋料理のようですが、ランチもやっていたので訪問しました
独特な壁面がお出迎えしてくれましたよ
◽特製濃厚タンタンめん(800円)【ライス、漬け物付き】
麺はもちっと食感に、少し弾力のある歯ごたえ
スープはそこまで濃厚ではなく、さらっとしたタイプです
ひき肉が絡むと、ぐっとコクが増しますね。量増えると旨さアップしそうです
いつか鍋も食べてみたい
