夏場に行こうとしましたが、辛さで汗だくになるのが嫌で止めた過去があります。
店頭にあったメニューを見て火鍋定食を頼むつもりで入店したのに、なぜか四川担々 刀削麺をオーダー笑
しばらくし四川担々 刀削麺が到着、赤さがとても映えます。
刀削麺をしっかり噛み、スープをゆっくりすする。
酢や麻酢で味変ししっかり味わいました。
あまり辛くなくあっさりしたコクがあるスープでした。
夜はいろいろコースがあるようですし、次は夜に泥鍋麻辣串を食べにこようかな。
ちなみに、メニューにあった、豚の脳みそ800円が気になりました。
それ以上に魔人ブーみたいなキャラクターの名前も気になります。
