以前は老四川だった中華料理店が「北京料理 少将」になっていました。
中華料理は好きなので、休日に嫁と一緒に行ってみた。
駐車場が無いようなので、店の真裏の通り沿いにあるコインパーキングに車を止めた。
店内に入ると、以前とは席の配置、雰囲気が変わっています。
席はテーブル席以外に座敷もありました。
ランチメニューを見ると、どの定食も値段が安くお得感がありますね。
定食にプラス２００円でラーメンの小が付けられるのもありがたいです。
自分が酢豚定食とラーメンの小、嫁がチンジャオロース定食を注文。
できあがりまで７分でした。
酢豚定食は８８０円なのですが、思っていたよりボリュームがあります。
まず、ご飯の量が多いので、あまり食べない人は最初に店員さん言って減らしてもらった方が良いかも？
嫁のご飯の４分の３を自分が引き受けることになった。
酢豚もハーフとかでなく、ちゃんと１人前あります。
酢豚は酸味がよく効いており、アッサリとした味わいで食べやすい。
豚肉は柔らかく、野菜はシャキシャキで美味しかったです。
おかげで、ご飯が進みます。
ご飯はもっちりとした食感で普通に美味しいです。
嫁のチンジャオロースも少し貰って食べたのですが、チンジャオロースの方が酢豚より美味しい。
チンジャオロースの味付けが、よりご飯を食べるのに適していますね。
サラダは複数の野菜が使われており、飽きずに食べられるようになっている。
スープはおかゆに似たようなまったりとした優しい味でした。
ザーサイは適度な辛さがあり、食感も良くご飯の良いお供でした。
デザートの杏仁豆腐には黄桃が見た目のアクセント的ではいっていました。
この内容で、値段は税込みで８８０円はとてもお得だと思います。
ラーメンの小は、てっきりミニサイズだと思ったのですが、意外に大きい。
通常の丼の一回り小さめぐらいのサイズで、麺の量がハーフぐらいです。
まろやかな豚骨スープで、麺はツルンとしたのど越しの良い麺です。
しかも、２００円なのにちゃんとバラ肉のチャーシューが１枚入っていました。
チャーシューは少し固めですが、値段を考えると文句などもなく、満足度高めのラーメンの小です。
美味しかったので、また食べに行こうと思いました。
次回は中華八宝菜定食かホイコーロー定食かな？
それとも単品の刀削麵を食べようかな？
