ぶらりと立ち寄った喫茶店は韓国料理のお店でした。
店内は思いっきり喫茶店です。
奥の方に見える調理場は一般家庭の台所みたい…
女性の方が店主のようで一人で切り盛りされてる様子。
ランチの時間も終わりそうな頃合に入ったのですが、店内には数人のお客さん
入店後も何組か入ってくる状況
地元の人たちに好まれてるのかな？
ランチの種類は、
石焼ビビンバ・ビビンバ・クッパ・韓国ラーメン・コムタンラーメンこんな感じ
もう２種類ぐらいあったような気がします。
「熱々からーい」とのサブタイトルのついた韓国ラーメンをチョイス
石焼の器にぐっつぐつに煮えたぎったラーメン登場…
確かに熱そう、更に鼻を突くような辛そうな香り
一口でやられました…
本場の辛さです。韓国に行ったことはないですが、おそらく本場の辛さです。
一緒にご飯が出てくれるのですが、ごはんやナムルが非常に嬉しい箸休め
ただ、辛いだけでなくおいしいです。スープの中には干し貝柱が入っていたり
失礼な言い方ですが、以外にもしっかりとした作りこみです。
石焼ビビンバはそんなに辛くなく一緒に出るコチュジャン？かなをお好みの量入れて
食べるのがよろしいかと
夜のメニューが非常に食べてみたいです。
