広島でチェーン展開しているうどん屋の本店。子供の頃に住んでいた近隣にあり久々に訪問。店内は20席程度で、本店なのに割とこじんまりとしているが活気はある。
ここでの注文は必ずスタミナうどん！名前通り食べるとホントにスタミナがつく。わりとコシの強い麺。具には、海老・豚肉・ にんじん・きくらげ・にんにくとボリューム満点だ。しかも片栗粉が入って少しとろみがあるのが特徴的。大盛りでなく普通サイズだが、かなりお腹いっぱいになりました。ごちそうさまでした。
