牛田散策。今回はイタリアンのお店です
カウンター6席、テーブル16席
お昼にテレビで洋画を流しているのには、少し珍しい気がしました
◽本日のぜいたくパスタランチ
海老とズワイほぐし身のトマトクリーム(1480円)
パスタはアツアツで、少し固めに仕上げていますね
ソースはトマトの酸味が少し、余韻でカニの風味がやってきます
海老は中サイズと小サイズの2種類の物を使用しています
ソースの量が多かったのが印象的でした
ビジュアル用にでも、カニの脚が入っていれば雰囲気変わったかなと思います
