広島市東区牛田本町の｢来い恋いラーメン｣へ初めて訪問してきました。駐車場はないのでお店近くのコインパーキングに駐車。
カウンター6席のみの狭い店内。女将さん一人で切り盛りしています。
2020年12月現在メニュー
オーダーしたのは｢ラーメン定食650円｣ オーダーから7～8分で着丼。
定食はおにぎりか半チャーハンが選択できます。
具は焼豚、玉子、青ねぎで量はかなり少なめ。単品チャーハン350円にすればよかった。
さてメインのラーメンの具はチャーシュー、メンマ、もやし、青ねぎ。
見た目美味しそうなチャーシュー。焦げてないのになぜか焦げた香りがするのはなぜでしょう？
麺は中細ストレートで柔かめな茹で加減は好みの分かれるところでしょうか。
スープは醤油豚骨ですがすっきりあっさりした味わい。鶏ガラ醤油かと思うぐらいあっさり。濃いスープ好みのyoshi的にはちょっと物足らない味かな^^店主に聞いてみるとやっぱり醤油豚骨でした。
一般的な広島醤油豚骨を想像していたのでちょっと思っていたスープじゃなかったけどお腹一杯になりご馳走さまでした。
