広島市安佐南区西原の｢げんこつらーめん祇園店｣へ久々に訪問してみました。行こうと思っていた喫茶店がまだごはんが炊けてなくモーニングしかできないとのことで断念。もう一軒もお盆休み。仕方なく予定変更。
11時開店直後なので空いています。
2020年8月現在メニュー
オーダーしたのは｢日替りランチ650円+税｣ 注文から4～5分で着丼。
日替りランチ(11:00～15:00)はラーメンに50円+税でごはんとおかず一品が付くお得なセット。
この日の一品はメンチカツ。50円+税なので付いてくるだけ良しとしましょう。
ライスは見た目よりボリュームあり。
こちらが基本のげんこつらーめん。単品なら600円+税。具はチャーシュー、もやし、青ねぎで広島醤油豚骨に寄せてるのかな？ニンニクはなしでお願いしました。
チャーシューは大ぶりなのが2枚。癖がある味付けなので好みの分かれるところでしょうか。
麺は中細ストレートで時間の経過と共に柔らかくなります。
醤油豚骨味のスープ。。。
いや～お腹一杯にはなりました。今日は！マークが一個も出てきませんでしたけどね(笑)
昨日は店内撮影禁止・携帯使用禁止なので画像はありませんが町中華の｢味大名｣で食べた｢トンカツランチ1100円｣がボリュームあってめっちゃ美味しかった！
