お盆休みまっただ中。広島の友人宅へ。
いつもは友人の父上が焼いてくださるお好み焼きが大好きです。
自宅にも関わらず鉄板があります。その鉄板で焼いてくれるのが私にとっての広島やき。
この日はお父様がお仕事だったため、お好み焼き食べに行こうということで、友人宅の近所にある人気店というこちらに訪問。
来店すると・・・発券機で順番を待つシステムの模様。なんと1時間待ち！！！
え？？そんなに？となりましたが、近くでお買い物をして戻るとちょうど順番でした。
こちら麺を生めん・蒸しめん・辛麺などから選べる模様。

がんすは初です。がんすは魚のすり身を薄く伸ばしたものを揚げたもの。呉の天ぷら屋さんで生まれたものだそうです。ちょっと脂っこいと感じました。他に食べたことがないのでわかりませんが、揚げなおしてあるのかもしれません。
友人の旦那様と子供はばくばくくらいついていました。そうです。こちらお味が濃い目です。
男性にはばくばくいける感じかと思います。
揚げ物も多いですし、焼き物も味付けが濃いめです。
美味しくないわけではないですが、個人的に濃いめの味付けだといろいろ食べれなくなってしまいます。
明太子チーズのお好み焼きもこれでもかというぐらい明太子とチーズが入っており、ちょっとお腹いっぱいになりました。
若い方向けのお店かと思います。もりもり食べれる方にお勧めなお店です。
