広島と言えばおこのみやきでしょ！って事で親戚の方に
”美味しいところありますかぁ～？”って事前に聞いてたんですよ！
そしたら一緒に連れて行ってくれるとの事でしたので
御一緒させてもらいました。
お店は親戚のお家から程近く車で５分位の所にありました。＾＾
ここのお店は普通の広島焼きとは違って”府中焼き”って言う
ミンチを入れたお好み焼きが有名との事で、初めて頂く府中焼き
楽しみです。＾＾
休みのお昼に伺うんで一応、一時間前に予約の電話をしてから
お邪魔してきました。 案の定、店内はお客さんでかなり混雑して
いましたよ。＾＾
【肉玉そば＠７８０円】 ここの府中焼きは”黒焼き”と”白焼き”がある
（値段は同じ）って事なので焼き方が違う肉玉そばを注文しました。
共に”イカ天（＋１６０円）入りです。 早速”白焼き”から頂いてみます。
うん！ 美味しい。。少し柔らかくふんわりと焼かれています。 ただ、
ミンチの味はと言うと意識してもいまいち分かりませんでした。
変わって”黒焼き”を頂いてみると、お～～♪ 旨い！ カリッ！っと
やかれた麺はパリパリといい音がします。 僕はこちらの方が好みかなぁ～♪
白黒はっきりつきましたよ～♪
ただ、幾ら忙しいと言っても一時間前に連絡してお邪魔したのに席に座ってから
一時間近く待たされたり、ホールのスタッフさんが”黒・白”焼きのどちらか把握
して無かったりとかなりオペレーションはグダグダ模様。。改善の余地はおおいに
ありそうな感じでしたのでサービスは☆2.5にさせてもらいました。
