こちらはJR可部線下祇園駅から徒歩５分ほどの国道沿いにあります。
五日市に本店があり、宅配専門店も含めて８店舗あるようです。
宅配もやってるので店前に白黒の原付バイクがあるのが目印。
店内は１階が広い厨房になっていて、ピークタイムはこの鉄板もフル稼働するんでしょう。
客席は２階でカウンター席とテーブル席、鉄板のあるテーブル席といろいろで席数はけっこう多い。
各テーブルには灰皿が置いてあるので喫煙OKだと思います。
今回食べたのは「肉玉そば(白) ７８０円」です。
こちらは広島のお好み焼きではなく府中焼き。
白というのは、焼き時間を短くしてパリパリ感を抑えた焼き加減。
玉子でふっくら閉じて完成だそうです。
もう一つの黒はパリパリ仕様とのこと。
ちなみにテーブル席に案内されたので作り方は見てません。
以前食べた時と同様に平べったい円形。
ソースは多めでそばは細め。
キャベツはかなりの千切りでふわふわした柔らかな食感。
生地の下はこのキャベツが多くて全体に占める割合は高い。
府中焼きの特徴として、もやしがなくて挽き肉を使用とあるがミンチは目立って見えなかった。
作るところを見てればわかったんですけどね(>_<)
玉子はしっかり焼いていて、他に天かすは確認出来ました。
キャベツが多くミンチが少ないのでヘルシーな気はするが、やはり普通のお好み焼きよりも満足度は低い。
まぁ広島のお好み焼きに飽きたらたまにはこんな府中焼きもいいかも知れません。
しかしボリューム的に見劣るが値段は普通のお好み焼きと変わらないんですね(^^;)
府中焼きがメインのようだが、つまみや鉄板焼きが多いのが特徴。
焼酎、日本酒のラインナップも多くて、十四代本丸、而今があるのはびっくりです(^^)
お好み焼き屋というよりは「お好み焼き居酒屋」といった位置付けかと思われます。
テーブル席が多いことからもファミリー層や団体客がターゲットでしょうね。
