【この度の用途】
休日の昼から会議が入って、昼食を外で食べることになり、こちらのお店に来ました。
【お店の雰囲気】
客席は二階にあります。一階は宅配用の焼きスペースでしょうか。
【注文内容】
黒焼きの肉玉そばダブルを頼みました。白焼きと黒焼きがあるそうで、黒焼きのほうがパリパリらしです。
【味の印象】
府中焼きの特徴はミンチ肉を使うそうで、その肉汁がパリパリ感を引き立てます。じっくり焼いているので、本当にパリパリになっています。焼きあがるにはそれなりに時間がかかります。中は比較的ふっくらしているので、見た目よりは胃袋に重たくないです。パクパクと食べっれます。
【ボリューム】
ダブルはそばだけでなく野菜もダブルになるらしく、お腹がいっぱいになりました。
【値段とのバランス】
普通だと思います。
【総評】
何度かおじゃましていますが、このパリパリの府中焼きを食べたくなるときがあるんですよね。近所にあって良かったです。ちなみに広島市内に５，６店舗あるようですね。
