美味しいと言われて初めての府中焼き。
店舗には駐車場はほぼなくて、宅配をしている様子。食事は2階で。
お好み焼き屋さん基本の鉄板付きテーブルです。
パリパリが美味しいとの事前情報で黒焼きと炙りネギマヨを注文。
焼き上がりまで20分ほどと書かれてあった通り時間はかかります。
バーナーでゴォーっと焼いてました。
さて、待つこと20分くらいか？焼き上がって実食です。コテを入れればわかるパリパリ感。確かにパリッパリで美味しい。これは広島風お好み焼きとは違うといって良いと思いますね。
好みとしては基本の黒焼きも上にかけるのは青のりじゃなくネギにしてほしかった。
価格は手間がかかっているからか、今の価格はこんなものなのかわからないですが、田舎の広島焼きとは違って高め。美味しいから良いと思います。
ただ、豚バラじゃなくて背油だということですが食感はなし！旨味が残る感じですね。
