山口県に旅行へ行って以来に食べましたが、現地で食べた【瓦茶そば】より美味しくて大満足でした！

茶そばの焦げ部分とフワフワの麺との食感の違いが味わえて最高、アツアツ瓦の上に乗っかっているので、体も温まります。
そして、トッピングのお肉［ミスジ］もすごく柔らかくて、肉の甘味も感じることが出来ました。

少し残念だったのは、［コウネ］肉の部位が売り切れで無かったので、次回は絶対に食べたいと思います！
