Bari-A時代には一度伺ったはずですが、kate-kateになってからは初訪問です。緑井駅からは歩いて6分位でしょうか？信号待ち時間に大きく左右されますが。
週末のランチタイムに伺ったのですが、人気店のようで11時の開店間もない頃だったのですが、店の前の駐車場は既に満車でした。
注文はタブレット端末で行うスタイルです。メニューがパッと見れないのは少し不便かも。私は緑井焼を頂きました。これは、肉玉そばイカ天ねぎ半熟卵のせのメニューです。値段は1298円です。
焼いているところは拝見できませんでした。
そばは極細麺です。この麺のパリパリ感がいい感じで美味しいです。ソースは有名なオリジナルブレンドソースですが、私は普通のミツワソースかカープソースの方が好きかも。サンバルソースとマヨネーズを混ぜて使ってみましたが、これはアリだと思いますが、色々トライして見ましたが、どの配分がベストなのか結局わかりませんでした。
それと、鰹節が使えるのが鰹節大好きな私としては嬉しかったです。
