店の前の道路は袋小路になっています。
安川通りを北西から来た方が入りやすいと思います。
形態は居酒屋です。
店はつけ麺推しなので、ラーメンもあるのですがつけ麺にします。
並(1玉)たまごトッピング、5辛です。
辛さはちょうど良かったです。
後から辛味を足すことが出来ますよ。
16辛からは、違う辛味成分を足すようです。
具を皿に盛るタイプでなく、並べるタイプです。
このほうが箸で取りやすいです。
野菜の茹で具合が良く美味しいです。
麺は茹で過ぎ、タレはもう少し旨みが欲しいです。
で珍しいかつおねぎマヨ丼のミニを。
かつおとねぎとマヨネーズに柵切りの海苔はつけ麺によく合います。
店主も、広陵出身だそうですがここから飲食店をする人が多いですね。
