広島市中区にあるうどんの店。
「モリヤン」と読む。
八丁堀の路地っぽい小路に面する。
店に入ると、巨大なテーブルを囲む席があり（当然ながら相席に。カウンター席のバリエーションっぽい）、更に奥に横一列に並ぶカウンター席が。全22席。
打ち立ての自家製うどんや、丼物を提供。
営業時間は11時から15時。定休日は日祝。
オリジナルぶっかけうどんは、当店が提供するランチメニュー。
酸味を若干利かせた冷のダシに（氷が浮いている）、手打ちうどん、カイワレ、梅干、山菜、若布、大根おろし、茹で玉子を盛り、胡麻をあしらったもの。
うどんらしからぬカラフルさと、さっぱりしたダシが特徴。
メインとなるうどんは、モチモチで、コシがある。讃岐風っぽいが、下手な讃岐うどんよりコシがあるのでは、と思う。そんな事もありボリューム感たっぷり。
小鉢（ゴーヤーチャンプルー）と、ご飯も提供された。
