牛すじカレーうどん（730円）
ランチで訪問。店内は満席状態だったが、入り口直ぐのアイランド型テーブルに１席空きがあったため、タイミングよく着席し人気ナンバーツーの牛すじカレーうどんをオーダー。デフォルトで温泉玉子が入っているのが嬉しい。
大きめな器に入ったカレーは、スパイシーでコクと甘味が融合するバランスの良い味わい。入っている具材は牛すじと玉ねぎと青ネギのシンプルなラインナップだが、それ以上に旨味が広がり、出汁つゆと合わせた奥深い味わいが堪らない。しっかり煮込まれて柔らかな牛すじの旨味と、玉ねぎのシャキッとしたアクセントもいい感じ。
それよりよ何よりも餡のトロミがとてつもなく、表面はトランポリンの如くうどんや具材の跳ねをことごとく吸収して弾く。なので余程強い力で叩きつけないと飛び跳ねることはないので、紙エプロンがなくても安心して食べることが出来る。このトロミ半端ない。
うどんは中太の柔らかなモチモチ食感で、カレーにしっかり絡んで旨い。大量の餡のお陰で最後まで熱々でいただける。
うどんを食べ終えた後はご飯を追加でお願いしてカレー餡に投入。最高の取り合わせで全ての旨味を余すことなく完食。
