スタッフはご夫婦２人だけ。12時過ぎには満席になっていた。
座席は、４人掛けが１つと、奥に少しだけカウンター。
ほとんどの人は、真ん中の大きなテーブル（幅１ｍくらい）で、知らない人と対面で食べる形。ちょっと気まずい。
オリジナルの「皿うどん」（長崎のとは全然違う）というのが名物らしいけど、
知人が親子丼が美味しいと言っていたので、親子丼セットにした。
通常の大きさ器で、丼とうどんが出てきたので、ちょっと多いかなと思うったが、
100円安いハーフセットは丼もうどんもハーフになるので、コスパ的にハーフはありえない。
【セットのうどん】
・出汁は、塩分が効いているが、さっぱりしていて美味しい。
・麺は自家製とのことだが、やわらかいごく普通のうどん。
・山菜が少し入っていて、美味しい。（毎日なのかわからない）
【親子丼】
・醤油が濃いめのしっかりした味付け。
・トロトロの卵が美味しい。
多いかなと思ったけど、意外とペロリと食べれた。
今度は皿うどんとやらをを食べてみよう。

寒い雨の日であまり時間もなかったので、あったかいうどんを食べに行った。
１２時３０分くらいだったので、第一陣が帰って、かなり席も空いていたので、
テーブルより落ち着く奥のカウンターを希望した。
名物の皿うどんを大盛にしようと思ったら、「昼セットもあるよ」と言われたので、昼セットにした。
小鉢とご飯が付き、小鉢はおでんとのこと。
おでんは定番の具が、小さく切って入っていた。
うどんが軽いので、ご飯を食べて、ちょうどいい量。
皿うどんは、とろみが多く、保温力があるので、温まりました。
