①寒鰤&炙り寒鰆 炭の薫りがないので、ガスバーナーでの炙りだと思う。 鰤は脂がのってゆっくりだが蕩けていきますね。

`` Japanese Cuisine Mizuki'' is located on the 2nd floor of Urban View Grand Tower, right in front of the Hiroshima Electric Railway Shukkeien-mae tram stop. Opened in 2004, operated by Mitsumi Co., Ltd. [Representative Director: Shuji Katsube] Chef: Toshiaki Hamabe [Nadaman → Rihga Royal Japanese Cuisine Naniwa Sous Chef → Chef Mitsumi] Total of 70 table seats and private rooms. Big box of seats. A woman in a kimono will welcome you, and it looks very dignified. I visited at noon and ordered the ``Kyo Gozen Haifu'' (3,300 yen including tax). By the way, even though the food was served, there was no explanation. Look, eat and feel! I wonder if that mean? So I am writing about what I noticed after eating it. Dishes ① Cold yellowtail & grilled Japanese Spanish mackerel ② Combination of braised braised vegetables (carrots & turnips, etc.) ③ Salmon with vinegared miso ④ Yuba topped with tobiko ⑤ Shiba shrimp with grated yam ⑥ Qinghai rat, broccoli, this watakake, goji ⑦ Grilled mackerel ⑧ Deep-fried green pepper ⑨ Prosciutto temari Sushi ⑬ Dashi-wrapped egg ⑭ Boiled ginger ⑮ Crispy fried chirimen ⑯ Cold tofu topped with dashi soup and daikon radish ⑰Chirimen pepper rice, pickles ⑱Red soup ⑲Cheesecake, black sesame mousse topped with black beans ⑳Pumpkin zenzai? The whole thing feels like a 8-inch plate of prepared food. Is it as typical of Kyoto as yuba topped with tobiko? The taste is not too strong, but just right. The construction is neither good nor bad, and has no individuality. Since it's in the lunch price range, there's probably a limit to how much you can add to the cost, so it can't be helped. It was a feast.
