広島市中区鉄砲町にある肉料理専門のお店です。
場所は中央通りの八丁堀交差点(広電白島線の八丁堀電停)から程近いビルの2階になります。
このお店では全国各地のブランド(銘柄)牛のA5ランクのお肉を取り寄せて提供されています。
ランチを食べに妻と土曜日の昼12時前に入店させて頂きました。先客は1組だけで店内はとても静かでした。
仕切り壁のある半個室のテーブル席に招かれ腰を下ろしました。ランチメニューの中からオーダーしたのは
・牛すき鍋ランチ
・レアローストビーフ丼
にアフターで
・デザートプレート
・エスプレッソ
をオーダーしました。
私が一番頂きたかったのは『牛カツランチ』だったのですが、当日は入荷状況の関係でお出しできないとのことでした。
