中区鉄砲町のビル３階にある肉料理専門店 榮互さんへ行ってきました。
GoTo食事券手に入れたことだし普段行かないであろうお店に行こうとコチラへ。
入口近くの４名席へ座り、榮互特製牛丼（1800円）を注文。ペイペイも使えます
「準備致します」と途端にテーブルのロースター蓋を取ります。
えっ、焼肉じゃなくて牛丼だよ？と思ったが
どうやらここから換気ダクトの役割を果たすそうです。ハイテク～
10分程度で到着。ミニカレーに卵付きと牛丼屋っぽいです
肝心の広島牛は４切れほどあり卵に漬けて頂きます。
うん、めちゃめちゃ良い肉ですわ。美味いに決まってるやん
他具材やすき焼き風甘ダレは普通だが、
ここまでのランクのお肉だとむしろ余計に手を加える必要無いですね。
お肉の質はもちろんのこと、
提供の仕方やお店の雰囲気などお肉に合わせて高級感漂うお店でした。
テイクアウトでやたら高い焼肉弁当を出しているお店がいくつかあるが、
良い肉使うだけでなくこういう背景というか説得力が欲しいですね。
1800円なんで早々行くことないが、1度食べるくらいには良かったです。
