宮島のうえのがとても混んでいて食べることができず。
こちらは広島三越の地下にあるので場所的に便利ということで訪問。
平日朝10:30に行ったにもかかわらず、同じ目的の方が多数いたようで、
10:32にお店についたときには全席カウンターが埋まってしまい、
順番待ちに。
ひつまぶしの穴子バージョンということで、
提供にも時間がかかるため、カウンター座れたのは11時過ぎでした。
（待つ用の席は8席ほどあったので、待合席にはすぐ座れます）
関東の穴子はフワフワでそちらのタイプに食べ慣れていたので
ややこちらが固めに感じられてしまいました。
＆新幹線の時間がせまっていたので大急ぎで食べることになり
ゆっくりと味わえなかったということもあるかもしれません。
穴子の素材自体は大好きですが、私は関東風の調理法のほうが好きですね。
ちなみに余談ですが、同じ三越のフロアにある桐葉菓（とうようか）というお菓子がありまして、
これが阿闍梨餅（あじゃりもち）の味に似ていて、めちゃくちゃオススメです。
もみじ饅頭よりもこちらのほうが美味しい。帰りにぜひ寄ってみてください。
