麻婆豆腐定食（840円）
ランチで訪問。テーブル席に座りメニューを確認。ランチタイムのサービスメニューとして酢豚や八宝菜、カラアゲ、野菜炒めなどの各種定食がある中、麻婆豆腐定食をオーダー。
山椒の華やかな香りを漂わせながら麻婆豆腐が到着。定食はご飯と春雨サラダ、わかめとたまごのスープに香の物のセット。
とろみの強い餡は少し甘味があると同時に、醬系の濃厚なコクが広がる。時間差でラー油の辛味がピリッと効いてくるとともに、山椒の痺れも効いてくる。大振りにカットされた豆腐に粗めの挽き肉などの具材もマッチして旨い。辛味は控えめだが、味わいのバランスはちょうど良く食べやすく、ご飯との合わせが抜群。ご飯を麻婆豆腐側に沈めて食べるのが最高に旨い。
春雨サラダは錦糸卵にレタスが入って食感が良く、酸味のあるヘルシーな味わい。
わかめとたまごのスープは少し塩味が強い味わいだが麻婆豆腐の麻辣にはマッチしていい感じ。
