This is a long-established Chinese restaurant located in Hatchobori, Naka Ward, Hiroshima City. The location is on the right side just after entering the west side of the Kyobashi Dori Entrance signal intersection from Hiroshima Electric Railway's Hakushima Line train street. It's a long-established store with a long history, but I didn't have many connections with it, so this was my first visit. I visited on February 19th (Monday) just before 2pm. I'm glad that the lunchtime business hours (LO) is 3pm. It was past busy time, and there were only two customers in the store. The store is bright, well-organized, and clean. There were many lunch menus (assorted platters and set meals), but I ordered two individual items to my liking.・White meat Tempura ・ Omelette Rice By the way, looking at the menu, it seems that there are large sizes of rice and Noodles, but I ordered the default (normal size) Omelette Rice. First, white meat Tempura was brought to the seat. White meat refers to ``mino,'' but in its hometown of Hiroshima, it is affectionately called ``white meat.'' The high-quality white meat has just the right texture and is fried to the perfect degree. A few minutes later, Omelette Rice arrived at our table! First of all, the egg looks beautiful! ! There is thick sauce and ketchup on top. Cut the egg and take a bite of chicken rice! "Delicious!!" The combination of the fluffy egg and the perfectly flavored chicken rice is truly amazing! The size and texture of ingredients such as chicken and onions are also important. I wasn't able to see the kitchen or the chefs, but it was definitely a blissful experience brought about by reliable techniques cultivated over many years of experience! ! As expected, I was convinced that there is something special about the store that Prime Minister Fumio Kishida has loved so much for so many years. "Thank you for your help the other day. The white meat Tempura and Omelette Rice were very delicious!! I will definitely visit you again." -Thank you-
