昔の店構えは年季の入った町の中華屋さんで、お店に入った事は(何だか怖くて)無いけど出前でお世話になってました
その頃の記憶がフッと甦って急に<チャンポン>が食べたくなって伺いました
スープの色が!そうそうこの色!
塩系では無く、白濁系でも無く、タンメンのようだけどちょっと違うこの感じ 懐かしぃ~
麺はもっちりだけど少し細め(中華そばより太めで長崎の半分位)
キャベツと細もやしが大盛りで、たんぱく質系(豚肉・海老・イカ)の存在は薄め
そんなチャンポンをすすりつつ聞こえる「行ってらっしゃい」「気をつけて」と、岡持ちで出前に出かけるお兄さんへの声が何だかとっても昭和的でほっこり
