【感想】
とろけるような和牛が昇天級でした！エビやイカ.つぶ貝や帆立が練り込まれた前菜は見た目も美しい一品。パスタも言うことなしです。自家製の3種のパンもハイレベルで、特にトマトやモッツァレラの入ったイカ墨のパンが気に入りました。優しい味わいの魚で少し口が落ち着いてからの、最後の強烈なお肉！時期が合えば、ジビエヨコタさんのジビエも食べられます。イタリアンでありながら、どこかフレンチをいただいている気分にもなる、素晴らしいお店でした。この後、海外で働かれ、無期限の休業に入られるとのことなので、お早めにぜひとも♪
