ビフカツ（960円）
ランチで訪問。店奥のテーブル席に通していただき、メニューを確認。ランチは定食のみで、当店自慢のビフカツ、ご飯がすすむお刺身、人気ナンバーワンの焼き魚、オリジナルの薄味レシピの鳥からの４種類を提供している。この中から少し思案した結果、自慢のビフカツをオーダー。待っている間に気付いたが、店内のBGMはずっと浜田省吾が流れている。
定食はメインのビフカツに、ご飯、味噌汁、パスタサラダ、玉子焼き、冷奴、香の物がセットになった盛り沢山なラインナップ。
中心レアのビフカツは衣が香ばしくカリッとして、食感が良い一方、中身は柔らかくジューシーで肉の旨味がジュワッと広がる。おろしポン酢風のオリジナルソースでいただくと、食感のコントラストがより一層引き立つとともに、脂身の甘味とおろしのさっぱり感がマッチしてめちゃくちゃ旨い。しかもご飯との合わせも抜群で、あっという間に完食。
食べている最中も食後も、BGMはずっと浜田省吾が流れる素敵なお店。
