夜は居酒屋として営業 |
中区橋本町にあるうどんのにしだやさんへ行ってきました。
入る前に外にあるメニューを拝見、
当店売り上げNO.1の牛肉ぶっかけか～、これにしようと入店。
いらっしゃいませーと声が飛び交う活気ある店内。
丁度うどんを切らしてしまったらしく、6分半お待ち下さいとのこと。
お盆を手にし、先にむすびや総菜を取ってからうどんを注文するみたいです。
そこまでお腹空いていなかったので
温かい牛肉ぶっかけの小（550円）を注文。現金のみです
１番でお呼びします、と札は無くお冷を注いで空いているカウンター席へ。
うどんが出来上がり取りに行きます。タレはもう入ってます、とのことだった
手渡しだったのでそのまま席に戻ってしまったが、
後になって天かす入れておけばよかったと後悔。初見は難しいね
ぶっかけうどんは温玉・牛肉・オクラの具材。
うどんは細麺でもちもち感があるがのど越しが良いです。
お肉やオクラは冷めてます、温かいのを頼んだに温度差がチグハグで残念。
味は悪くないけど、セルフうどん屋としてはちょい高めな価格ですね。
