夜は居酒屋として営業 |
ひやひやうどん（300円）、ちくわ天（100円）
ランチで訪問。入店して左側にあるカウンターでうどんを注文。一番人気の牛肉ぶっかけにしようと思ったところ、かけうどんのひやひやがある事に気付き、急遽変更してお願いする。
うどんと出汁がともに冷たいのでひやひや。個人的には最もうどんのおいしさを味わえる食べ方だと思っており、好きな食べ方でもある。
オーダーしてカウンター沿いに流れると、天ぷらコーナーがあるので、ちくわ天をピックアップして会計に進むと同時にひやひやうどんを受け取る。ネギは既に入っているが、天かすはセルフで入れ放題。
細身のうどんはもっちり柔らかな食感で、伸びのある弾力が半端ない。柔らかだが冷たく締められている分しっかりコシがあり、噛み応えが抜群に良くめちゃくちゃ旨い。喉越しも良く堪らなく旨い。いりこ出汁のつゆとの合わせも絶妙で最高の味わい。
カウンターの奥には製麺室があるので、自家製の手打ち麺を楽しむことができる。ちくわ天も旨い。コスパも最高。
