「 MON 」さんは広島で２番目に交通量の多い交差点の角にあります。
お店の前にはたくさんの横断待ちの歩行者や自転車がごちゃごちゃしています。
テイクアウトのパンはそのような環境で販売されています。
狭い階段を地下に降りれば喫茶コーナーがありますが、今日はテイクアウトのパンのみ購入です。
「 カレーパン（１３０円＋税）」：
カレーの量はこのお値段では多めでした。
味は少し酸味のあるカレーでいろんなエキスが溶け込んだ深い味。
「 ごぼうとベーコン(１４０円＋税）」：
ごぼうは繊維感の残った歯ごたえの心地よい食感です。ふにゃふにゃでないのがいいと思います。
ベーコンの存在感はほとんどなく、ごぼうが前面に出ていました。
上にマヨネーズをかけて焼かれていますが、酸味は飛んでいてまろやかに出来上がっています。
こちらの惣菜パンの味は手がかかってていいと思いました。
そして、こちらのお店は地下で「 グラタン…」を頂くのがよさそうです。
交通量の多い交差点のオープン店舗で販売されるパンは一つ一つ包装されていますが、
人によっては敬遠されるかもしれませんネ。
