I went to Monsan, a bakery in Teppocho, Naka Ward. The shop is located in the basement. I ordered the gratin ring set (980 yen) for lunch. You can use PayPay, but since it's underground there was no signal so I paid in cash > < Inside the shop, the staff were busy wrapping bread one after another for sale in the store. They said "It's baked," and the gratin rings arrived in about 5 minutes. The shrimp gratin was neither too hot nor too cold, just the right temperature to eat. The hollowed-out bread was also baked in the oven, so it was nice and crispy. They helped me out at the end, but I would have liked the hand towel to be bigger. I felt that 980 yen was a little expensive for what I got. I'm an older guy, so I think a set meal would be fine (lol)
